Ian Green - Partner

Ian has over 25 years experience working in retail and worked for Brighton & Hove Albion for 13 years from 2001 until 2014 when GR Teamwear began. In that time he ran the club’s merchandise department and was responsible for the day-to-day running of the retail stores at the Amex Stadium, in the city centre and the online retail stores. Not only was he head of retail but he was also the clubs main contact with Errea Sports and Mitre and was responsible for the design and ordering of players kit, equipment and staff uniform. He can proudly take the credit for the 20,000 blue and white flags that created the amazing scenes at the first game played at the new stadium, as well as the popular 2011/13 home and away Errea kit designs that included the iconic florescent green and black striped shirt!

Ian played Sunday League football for 25 years and is a keen Brighton & Hove Albion season ticket holder. Through his time at BHAFC plus his experience in running an amateur club, Ian has an extensive knowledge of football kit requirements at both professional and grass roots level.
